Mary the mouse and the Kingdom of Chips

Once upon a time, in the Kingdom of Chips, there lived a mouse named Mary. She was quick, she was brave, and the size of a strawberry.  One night Mary was walking around the town when she saw a fox in the woods. She followed the fox from a distance and watched as he was slowly making his move towards where they keep their food.

Mary knew she had to do something, or the kingdom of chips would be in trouble. So she quickly snuck around the fox and got to the chips first. She gathered all of the chips and put them in a hat. Then, she carried them to a large lunchbox she had behind her house.

The fox followed Mary without her knowing, but by the time he got there the lunchbox had been locked. "Away with you, you'll never get it unlocked!" Mary said. The fox looked sad and laid on the ground. "I'm hungry he said, I'm sorry I tried to take your food  without asking for help. I haven't eaten in days and should not have acted this way."

Mary felt bad for the hungry fox, so she unlocked the lunchbox and gave him some chips. As he was eating they started talking and soon became friends. The fox was so grateful that he decided to help Mary protect the kingdom of chips. He found chip cans and used them to build houses for the mice to live in.

Now the chips are safe and happy, and Mary has a new friend. Thanks to Mary's kind heart and clever plan, the Kingdom of Chips lives on, and everyone is happy once again.
